We provide packaging made from Ingeo™ biopolymers. Ingeo™ natural plastic, made from NatureWorks' biopolymer, is the world's first and only performance plastic made from annually renewable resources. The technology uses resources such as maize rather than petroleum for its feedstock. In other words, unlimited resources replace scarce ones. Ingeo™ fits all disposable systems and is biodegradable.

A thermoformed cup takes about 35 days to aerobically disintegrate into powder-sized fragments at an average temperature of 60?C in a well-run, commercial composting facility. Once disintegrated, PLA fragments further hydrolyze toward lactic acid, which is rapidly converted into CO2 and H2O by microbes.
